24-hour window
Refund requests are accepted within 24 hours of your initial purchase. Requests made after that window are not eligible.
Not covered
Change of mind, not knowing how to set up plugins/mods, lag caused by third-party plugins, suspension for a Terms of Service violation (DDoS attempts, crypto mining, resource abuse), and custom setups or promotional deals are all non-refundable.
Covered
A major outage on our side lasting more than 24 hours, or a billing error that charged you twice for the same purchase.
How to request one
Open a support ticket on Discord with your transaction or server ID and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within a few hours of approval.
